5K RACE

Join us as we kick off Black History Month with movement and community. This run or walk welcomes everyone, from seasoned runners to families looking for a meaningful morning together. After you cross the finish line, stay for live music, local vendors, prizes, and speakers who will honor the history, strength, and ongoing contributions of the Black community. It’s a chance to support your health, connect with others, and celebrate culture in a powerful, positive way.

Get ready for a prehistoric good time at The Epic’s annual Dino Dash on March 14, 2026. Families can enjoy the 5K and Fun Run with a scenic route through Epic Central while view the gigantic dinosaurs displayed along the route. Adults looking for extra fun can join the Dino Dash Relay, where teams of four race in matching inflatable dinosaur suits for bragging rights. Each relay team will complete two laps around the pond with a baton pass at the halfway point. It’s a lively mix of fitness, laughter, and friendly competition on the Grand Lawn.

The Teal & Tutus 5K is a community walk/run dedicated to raising awareness and support for survivors of sexual assault. Hosted by Speak Our Truth in collaboration with Global Race Management, this event brings families, friends, and advocates together to honor survivors, promote healing, and celebrate resilience.

This event is all about celebrating strength, determination, and the power of women in our community. From beginners to seasoned runners, everyone is welcomed, including men and kids! Choose between the 5K or 10K for a challenge. Support a Great Cause: Proceeds benefit local programs empowering women and families in our community. Scymentress is a marathoner, wellness advocate, and the founder of Global Race Management. Her journey into running began with a decision to take control of her health. One walk around the block turned into a life-changing commitment to movement, purpose, and progress. Over time, running became more than a personal pursuit. It became a way to build community, create experiences, and help others feel proud to show up for themselves.

Through GRM, Scymentress combines her lived experience with her gift for planning and leadership.
